Job Description

 

We are searching for an Administrative Manager to oversee office operations of two successful departments in our company. This Manager is responsible for all administrative aspects of client interaction ensuring excellent and consistent customer service. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

·         Develop, review, and improve policies, systems, and procedures

·         Ensure the department operate smoothly and efficiently.

·         Ensure expenses & inventories are submitted to accounting daily

·         Manage job budgets and profitability tracking.

·         Meet accounting deadlines, doing billing and meeting monthly closing schedules.

·         Lead sales effort to achieve goals by reviewing schedule updates constantly ensuring everything forecasted is completed.

·         Forecast P sales per month by client by service.

·         Track profitability per client per service.

·         Manage change orders for additions to contract ensuring client approval

 

Job Requirements
• Experience in related field, such as construction, project management or financial reporting, preferred.
• Exceptional leadership and time, task, and resource management skills.
• Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office.
• Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines.
• Familiarity with budget planning and enforcement and customer service procedures.
