Key Responsibilities:

·         Manage daily assignments and priorities assigned by supervisor to maintain top health and quality of plants in your assigned area. Ensuring all necessary steps are taken to maintain top quality plants.

·         Perform tasks such as planting, watering, fertilizing, and pruning.

·         Monitor plant health, identify and address any pests, issues, or diseases.

·         Operate and maintain irrigation systems and other equipment.

·         Stay up to date on all training, as well as follow and enforce all safety policies and practices.

·         Maintain a clean and organized work area.

·         Collaborate with and support other departments and managers, working as a team to accomplish a common goal.
