Job Description


What my day might look like:

Client Service

  • Establish, develop, and maintain close relationships with clients and potential clients.
  • Maintain clear communication, responsible for being the main contact between new and existing clients and company.
  • Coordinate and conduct client meetings,on-site analysis, measurement take-offs. Estimates and designs for clients.
  • Knowledgeable and trained in all company service offerings (revenue)
  • Ensure client satisfaction through collaborative teamwork between sales and production teams
  • Collaborate with the client to create the conceptual plan


  • Networking in business groups and other organizations, and clients
  • Working referrals brought in through company referrals
  • Work/Build/Maintain a current up to date prospect list
  • Introduce clients to all service lines of revenue available and proposed budgets for each line
  • Coordinate sales and marketing activities with other specialists for efficient client service
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and generate new leads


  • Required to understand the flow of Standard Operating Procedures and utilize all technology tools and system platforms required for the role
  • Responsible to work safely, assist in ensuring safe working conditions exist and report unsafe conditions to manager
  • Manage production for our high-quality services, using best management practices, and working efficiently and safely at all times.
  • Safeguard Company assets and communication devices
  • Direct crew to insure what has been sold is executed effectively and efficiently
  • Demonstrate commitment to productivity process improvements, as well as advancements of new technology, applications and tools
  • Manage and coordinate multiple projects at one time.
  • Prepare and communicate project information to Foreman.
  • Work as part of the production team as needed for training and mentoring.


  • Create proposals to initiate sales process (estimates,materials requisitions and scheduling)
  • Execute contracts, manage client budgets and timeliness, order project materials and coordinate deliveries, and confirm that projects are completed according to the contract and client expectations.
  • Review and analyze reports, records, and directives to obtain data required for planning team activities relevant to works in progress and problems encountered by team
  • Promote team concept and Quality Management with all employees
  • Attend weekly staff meetings to discuss the past and present week’s workload, equipment and manpower needs, project guidelines, budgets and accurate job tracking
  • Conduct real time accurate time keeping at level required
Job Requirements


1. A minimum of 5 years in the Residential High End Landscaping industry.

2. The ability to perform sales cycle in its entirety.

3. Computer proficiency to create estimates and proposals.

4. Ability to communicate with crews and give direction.

5. A social butterfly, always networking and representing the brand.
