Job Description
Glass Cardinal is a leading USDA Certified Organic CBD product company and we're adding to our team. We offer both topical and ingestible products like oils and gummies that are primarily THC free. 
 
This role will work directly with potential customers in helping them select product. You'll work with customers educating them on plant based products, listening to their needs and offer suggestions and answer questions that they may have. 
 
This is not a sales role, the Customer Service Representative will take inbound calls and emails, or work on a live chat basis. 
 
The Customer Service Representative can work remotely, preferably on PST, but will entertain those willing to work on an early schedule if located on the East Coast.  Generally, hours are from 9am - 6pm.  
 
 
Job Requirements
To be successful in this role we ask the following:

1. Proven customer service skills, great listening skills.

2. Use of a databases (will train on ours) and Microsoft Office.

3. Good plant knowledge, understanding of growing process, preferably hemp, but will train.

4. Access to high speed internet at home.

5. Knowlege of Dropbox and willingness to do video calls when necessary for meetings.

6. Knowledge of the CBD space preferred.
