Job Description
Join this dynamic wholesale grower outside of Boston as the new Bilingual Customer Service Supervisor!  
 
In this role you'll mentor 10-15 Customer Service Experience Representatives, having a solid game plan each day as to how we can deliver world class customer service to our wholesale customers. 
 
You'll oversee the entire customer experience process, ensuring product availabilty, entering orders as needed, assisting wholesale customers with new and innovative ideas on how to increase their business with our plant products.  
 
Job Requirements
MUST BE BILINGUAL IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH

5+ YEARS OF CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERVISORY IS NECESSARY, WE'RE A BUSY FARM!

BE WILLING TO WORK INSIDE AND OUTSIDE, WE LOVE TO SHOW OUR CUSTOMERS OUR PRODUCTS IN THE GREENHOUSES!
