Job Description
A new career awaits you with this dynamic and forward thinking company in Dallas, Texas. We are currently recruiting for an Enhancement Manager to work with residential clients. 
You'll oversee 2 install crews, work with the client, and sell to non-clients.  WE HAVE LEADS THAT ARE WAITING FOR YOU! 
This position requires the ability to understand client needs via regular communication with all those involved. 
You'll also manage all landscape enhancement services, including the coordination of all materials, people, equipment and subcontractors required to produce quality work
Inspect properties prior to scheduled service in order to properly prepare a specific action plan for service.
Job Requirements
To be successful in this role we ask for the following:

1. Minimum of 4 years as a Project Manager or Account Manager that has experience managing crews.

2. Minimum of 2 years experience in working with new clients in a sales capacity.

3. Strong follow through skills.

4. A passion for residential landscaping and developing long term relationships with customers.

This position has a base salary of $70k+ and a generous commission schedule on new enhancement sales. We expect this role to earn $110k-120k or more!

There is a relocation package for those looking to move to the Dallas area.
