Job Description
Awesome opportunity to work on the East Coast. 
 
This position will cover the following duties: 
 
 
  • Involved with all things plant related. This includes but not limited to: Water management, temps, fertilization, supplemental lighting, black cloth, pests, PGR’s, root development.

  • Leading the team of section growers on the day to day operations. 

  • IPM schedule implemented, carried out and details kept & updated weekly.

  • In charge of all chemical sprays from being carried out as needed. 

  • In charge of timing of all PGR’s and rates to be applied.

  • Keep pesticide applicators license up to date

  • In charge of all employees being educated in spray safety and record logs kept.

  • Aware of ship dates on all items so that timing of flowering can occur in step with schedule.

  • Weekly grower meetings with grow staff to ensure everyone is on same page with the plan for the week
 
Job Requirements
To be successful in this role we ask the following:

• At least 5 years as a Head Grower.

• Understanding and experience in environmental controls
