Located about an hour from Tallahassee, FL, we're on the hunt for a Head Grower that will work diligently in producing young plants. (3 acres under greenhouse)
This role will over see the entire growing operation, and work directly with the Production Planner to ensure the timeliness of production/growing.
Have some fun with in-house breeding of tropical plants! 320 days of sunshine doesn't hurt either.
