There are several types of positions available.
Landscape Designer/Project Manager
We are seeking a talented and motivated garden/landscape designer to help lead this growing side of our business. The ideal candidate will meet with new and existing clients. Design and create a garden or full landscape design plan, assist in purchasing the plant materials and finally, work with our installation teams or subcontractors to complete a project. Candidates must have experience creating and managing residential garden designs and installation projects, have a minimum of 3 years of garden design experience and possess a strong horticultural knowledge base of annuals, perennials, shrubs, and trees.

We are seeking experienced gardeners and horticulturists to manage a crew to service our residential client's properties in the Cambridge area. The ideal candidate will have gardening and pruning experience and have a strong knowledge of perennials, annuals, and shrubs. You will also have several seasons of perennial gardening and pruning experience. A valid driver's license is required for this position to operate a company vehicle.
We are seeking new staff to learn the fine art of gardening and general landscaping practices. They are directed by the supervisors and support the skilled gardeners while developing finer gardening skills and learning more advanced horticultural practices. We will train and work with a candidate if they possess the style we are looking for. The staff member must be able to perform basic gardening tasks of weeding, prunings, mulching, physical work in the garden and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
