*Maintain employee benefit programs, including enrollment, updates, and billing reconciliations. Responsible for open enrollment, benefit presentations, communication of benefit plans to employees.
*Develop job postings, screening tools, coordinate open houses and career fairs, schedule interviews and perform reference checks. Work directly with outside recruiters and/or temp services.
*New Hire Orientations, onboarding process.
*Maintain work comp claims and OSHA logs.
*EEO1 audits, 401(k) audits, I-9 internal audits etc.
*Work directly within the Paycom system utilizing ATS.
*Stay abreast of changes regarding State and Federal filing and compliance requirements.
*Good understanding of COBRA administration, FMLA, ADA, and ACA.
*Act as the “customer service” department for all internal employees.
