Be able to read and understand a specific scope of work on a green sheet and carry out the scope provided within the time frame given.
Be able to guide crew leaders to efficiently complete their tasks, informing them of the proper equipment usage, plants, items, and specific tools
needed to carry out their work load for that day.
Provide problem solving if issues within the scope of work present themselves. Be able to identify the problem, find a solution and complete the project.
Be available to maneuver between multiple crews to oversee each job through to efficient satisfactory completion. This includes handling any
employee disputes, answering questions about scope of work and providing items or equipment that may be needed that was unknown at the
time of dispatch.
WHEN A SCOPE OF WORK IS COMPLETED PROVIDE QUALITY CONTROL ON THAT SCOPE OF WORK FOR ALL CREWS. Check for satisfactory scope of work completion, check for proper clean up and blow off including left equipment, and police for any damages to property caused directly by the work, and proper irrigation on turf/plants/flowers.
Provide leadership quality attitude for a positive work environment.
Report all issues, customer contacts, broken equipment, and progress on work for both crews to supervisor.
Pick up irrigation materials, plant materials, landscape mulch, etc.
Complete small job items not requiring entire crew to arrive on jobs, complete scope, quality control, and reports when finished.
