Job Description

We are seeking a motivated, organized, and experienced irrigation professional to supervise and manage the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing of our customer’s irrigation systems.   • Manage the overall Irrigation maintenance, repairs, and installs for the company
  • Interface with clients as needed
  • Manage projects from initiation to completion working with allocated resources and budget to ensure all installations meet quality standards
  • Manage and oversee the Irrigation technicians
  • Work closely with the Account Managers to estimate, sell, designing, maintain, diagnose, schedule work on irrigation systems
  • Actively troubleshoot irrigation systems identifying deficiencies within the system and performing diagnostics
  • Read and interpret plans, and scope of work
Job Requirements
• 8+ years of irrigation experience
• Certified Irrigation Technician (CIT) is preferred
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Excellent customer service and communication skills for both external and internal customers
• Understands flow sensing and has the ability to set up and install flow sensing hardware.
• Knowledge of contracting methods, scheduling, and job sequencing of small to large projects
• Extensive knowledge of all widely used “smart" irrigation control systems available.
• Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel , Outlook and PowerPoint)
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
• Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
