 We are a fast-paced growing business! We offer interior and exterior landscape design, installation and maintenance, plus holiday design services to commercial clients in downtown Boston. Everybody loves our big, beautiful, colorful plantings. Make a big impact and join the Flora family.

A Crew Leader plays an integral role here at Flora Explora, and you will be involved with all aspects of our work, including interior and exterior landscaping, and holiday design services. We have very high standards for discerning clientele, and you will be responsible for executing our seasonal plantings, new planter installations, scheduled maintenance, flowering plant rotations, interior plant installations, and special projects. You will train, monitor and cultivate all Crew members, including your designated or chosen Assistant Crew Leader. Staying organized, and handling work orders and shift notes is key. Pro-active communication and daily check-ins with the office are a must. Excellent driving skills and ability to navigate greater Boston is important. Start at 6am in Walpole or meet Crew at 7am in Boston

Required Experience & Skills:
• Minimum 1-2 year Crew Leader experience
• Natural leader with great communication skills
• Enjoys working with others and likes to train Crew
• Seasonal color /container gardening experience
• Knowledge of annuals, perennials and ornamental shrubs
• Experienced with understanding and executing work orders
• Able to lift 50lbs and be standing for 8-10hr days
• Comfortable with T-sheets mobile app or similar
• Comfortable with Google drive mobile app
• Valid driver’s license and DOT card
• Pest identification and management helpful
• Comfortable with driving around Boston
