Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Landscape Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about creating visually stunning and functional outdoor environments. As a Landscape Designer, you will collaborate with clients, and other team members to bring landscape visions to life. Your expertise will be crucial in transforming ideas into tangible, aesthetically pleasing landscapes.


  • Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and functional requirements for outdoor spaces.

  • Conduct on-site evaluations to assess existing conditions, soil quality, and plant compatibility.
  • Develop creative and sustainable landscape designs that align with client goals and project constraints.
  • Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and specifications using industry-standard design software.
  • Provide expertise on plant selection, hardscape materials, and sustainable landscaping practices.
  • Work closely with project managers and construction teams to ensure the successful implementation of designs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and emerging technologies in landscape design.
  • Oversee the installation (and work in the field if necessary) of landscape projects to ensure they align with design intent.
Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or a related field.
- Proven experience in landscape design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
- Knowledge of local flora, hardscape materials, climate conditions, and local zoning regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid MA driver’s license.
- MA Applicators and/or Hydraulic license a plus.
