Job Description

Craig Bergmann Landscape Design has a position open for a Landscape Installation Project Manager to join our team.

We are looking for an experienced and organized individual with a high level of professionalism. Individual must possess strong communication and supervisory skills to manage installation of high-end residential projects.
Position requires proficiency with MS Office and Project Management software. Preference will be given to applicants with landscape construction experience and advanced horticulture knowledge. A Landscape Architecture Degree is preferred.

The Project Manager is the main contact for our client during the life of the project and serves as the primary field liaison with company staff, contractors and municipalities during the installation process.

They are responsible for ensuring high quality deliverables and consistent work flow through timely communication of issues and inspection for assigned, ongoing projects. Responsible for creation of Project Schedule to be distributed to all parties and maintained throughout the project.

There are variable scaled projects of complexity which are assigned as per PM skillset. Working as a team with the Designer and Field Supervisor, this position requires both office and field work and is allowed use of a company vehicle.

Job Requirements
· Minimum of 5 years of previous landscape construction experience, preferably focused on project component management.

· Strong organization, communication, and supervisory skills.

· Advanced horticulture knowledge and formal training, ideally in the US Midwestern region.

· Landscape Architecture Degree preferred.

· Ability to read architectural plans.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.

· Experience in Autocad a plus.

· Experience in site analysis.

· Good organizational skills.

· Valid Driver’s License, Insurable Driver
