A well-established Landscape and Design Company is seeking a dynamic person to join our successful business in our Sales Department as a Landscape Sales Account Manager. We will provide you with a solid customer base that is conveniently located within 15 miles of the office. Your success is driven by your energy and desire. We offer a base salary with commission.

We are seeking a person with a drive to learn and the passion to help grow our company. Experience in the green industry or other outside service-based field is desired, but your desire and passion to learn is what is most important to us. You will need to demonstrate this desire and passion by sharing how you grew within a company or used your skills to save an account, sold a service, or developed a relationship with a customer. We are not looking for someone to answer phones and follow a script. You will create leads, follow leads, meet with leads, close the deal, and foster and maintain the relationship with the customer.

Responsibilities include:

  • Proactively selling and servicing accounts by performing site consultations - assess property for appropriate services (full landscape maintenance packages and/or enhancements)
  • Creating estimates, proposal generation, and customer relationship management
  • Foster relationships with customers and establish new leads and grow your customer base
Job Requirements
Preferred requirements, but willing to train the right candidate:
• Green industry experience is a plus
• Comfortable and confident to develop relationships that allow you to partner with customers is necessary
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite or other database and word processing software
• Experience with any type of Customer Management software is a plus
• An eagerness to learn, share your knowledge with peers and customers, and able to deliver high-quality service at all levels is necessary
• Ability to self regulate and motivate yourself
