Job Description
Pure Turf & Tree handles Lawn Fertilization and Plant Health Care for residential and commercial properties mainly in Macomb and Oakland Counties. We place a high priority on enlisting team members who can deliver quality results, who possess excellent people skills, and who are oriented to meeting and exceeding goals.
-Prior lawn care work is helpful, but not required, we provide excellent training
-Ability to work effectively alone and in a team environment
-Must be able to follow and comply with written and verbal instructions, and safety regulations regarding the performance of job duties.
-Willing to attend educational classes to further lawn and plant health care knowledge
-You will need to be able to use lawn care equipment. We will train you.
-Must be able to raise, carry and hold 50 pounds
-Must be able to stand for long periods of time, and walk long distances
-Must be able to tolerate working outside, tolerating different temperature ranges, and able to tolerate prolonged exposure to sunlight
-Must possess a drivers license
-Excellent customer service is necessary
-Sales experience, and mechanical abilities are a plus
