Join a winning wholesale nursery located about 45 minutes from Boston. This role is a member of the senior management team and will oversee a large scale department that works to provide product to the wholesale customer.
A day in the life of this role could include:
- Managing a team of leads and supervisors that are overseeing seasonals and full time regular employees
-Overseeing the logistics of getting product from the growing operation over to the pick up area for customers to retrieve product
-Managing the wholesale area, including management of the merchandising of product
-Overseing the entire customer service process, improving efficiencies
-Quality control of product
