Some of the key responsibilities are:

·                      Proven track record in accounting and administrative practices, preferable within a service-based organization

·                      Enter with detail customer and account data by imputing text based and numerical information from source documents with-in time restraints

         Monitor employee timesheets for accuracy including entering time off requests and holidays
         Process credit card and checks payments including posting to their account

·                      Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities, prepare source data for computer entry

·                       Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities verify correct output

·                       Generate call reports, store completed work in designated CRM locations and perform backup operations

·                       Confidential understanding a must

·                       Exposure and full understanding of account receivable including collecting past due accounts

Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
• Proven accurate data entry working experience a must
• Experience with MS Office and data entry programs
• Trustworthy eye for detail - Attention to detail is very important
• Be able to give and take accurate direction from Management and sales team
• Office secretarial experience necessary
• QuickBooks / Salesforce / CRM experience a plus
