Job Description
We are a small woman-run landscape design firm.
 
We have professional gardening accounts, where we do high end, highly detailed work, using sustainable practices.
 
The business applies in-depth horticultural knowledge and landscape design knowledge to our sites.
 
As a team, we recognize the importance of building soil, maintaining the design intent, and the individual horticultural needs of each plant, as well as other sustainable practices. Employees work primarily with 3 hand tools and a bucket. (This isn't a mow and blow operation). 
Job Requirements
We are looking for someone who has minimum 1 year experience professional gardening and a knowledge of at least the common ornamentals. A genuine interest in plants is helpful. The positions needs someone who is flexible, we will shoot for Mon-wed 9-3 (18 hrs per week). $20 per hour after you are trained in.
