Job Description:
The Project Coordinator is responsible for managing and overseeing the planning and execution of commercial and residential landscape projects. This role, within the Production Operations Team, manages and facilitates communication between the Customer, Sales Team, and Crew in a manner that ensures jobs are completed as designed and meet all budgeting targets. Additionally, the responsibilities include a focus on continuous improvement of production communications, operations, and utilization of production software and hardware.

Responsibilities
  • Utilize production software for job execution from initial concept through completion
  • Act as a Crew contact point during Morning Rollout for daily equipment and materials needs
  • Manage job resources, equipment, and materials to ensure jobs are completed on time and to the highest standards of quality
  • Offer technology support to Crew
  • Assist with pick-up and/or delivery of materials
  • Communicate with Team on progress of jobs, including issues or delays
  • Advise Sales Team on opportunity for enhancements
  • Ensure and report compliance with relevant regulations, Company standards and policies
  • Transport equipment and materials as needed for Crew
  • Manage equipment/tool failure and breakdowns, including basic in-house repairs.

Schedule:

  • 10 hour shifts
  • Monday to Friday
  • Saturday availability

Ability to commute/relocate: Dover, PA 17315: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)


Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role OR a bachelor’s degree in Landscape Contracting, Construction Management, or a related field.
Strong project management skills and experience with project scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to work within, manage, and lead teams.
Experience in the horticulture and landscape industry is preferred.
Comprehensive understanding of measurements and elevations in both field and plan use.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in project management software.
Must have a valid driver's license.

Physical Demands:
This job may require working in outdoor environments, including exposure to inclement weather, and may include frequent bending, lifting, and carrying of materials up to 50 pounds.
