We are seeking a Propagation & Greenhouse Production Supervisor to oversee cutting or division propagation, transplanting, seed germination, and plant maintenance across multiple greenhouses. This is a hands-on leadership role working closely with a crew of less than a dozen employees & other supervisors, managers, partners, or management to maintain efficient workflows, ensure plant health, and meet production goals.
Key Responsibilities
🌱 Propagation & Transplanting Management
- Supervise cutting & division propagation, including scheduling, hormone and fertilizer application, and environmental controls.
- Oversee transplanting of seedlings, bare roots, and cell packs, both produced in-house and purchased, into larger containers.
- Manage seed germination for select crops.
- General house keeping
🏡 Greenhouse & Crop Maintenance
- Direct daily tasks, including watering, pruning, and general plant care. Will include powered hand tools.
- Maintain proper irrigation schedules to prevent overwatering or drought stress.
- Identify and address pest, disease, and nutritional issues.
- Keep accurate records of plant health, propagation success rates, and inventory levels.

- Bilingual fluency in English & Spanish is required to communicate effectively with the crew.
- Train and mentor employees in best propagation and transplanting practices.
- Ensure a safe, efficient, and organized work environment.

Compensation & Benefits
• Salary Based on Experience, starting at $25.00 per hour
• Holiday Pay after 90 days
