We specialize in design and installation of gardens, hardscapes, landscape lighting, and water features for residential and commercial clients. In addition, we offer design and service of irrigation systems and commercial landscape maintenance. We strive to earn your business in everything we do. Your beautiful, finished product is the result of our extensive expertise and Yankee work ethic, delivered by the friendliest staff in the business. Many of the trees and shrubs we install come from our own 200-acre Nursery in Berwick, Maine.

The highly qualified individual we seek will have a “winning” sales mentality. He or she will network throughout the community and prospect for new business while maintaining and building positive relationships with clients. The residential designer/ division manager works in all phases of the sales/design process, including, but not limited to analyzing the market and community, identifying opportunities for new business, performing prospect call screenings, conducting prospective client meetings, preparing cost estimates, developing proposals, and presenting estimates to prospects and clients. This full-time position works out of our office in Berwick Maine.

We seek an individual with a passion to sell and close deals, along with an appreciation for exceptional landscapes and customer service. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, creative, organized, able to build rapport quickly, and able to communicate confidently and professionally. He/she will also have a competitive spirit, a sense of urgency, and a desire to win. Must have excellent follow- up skills, attention to detail, an eye for landscape beauty, willing to pitch in to complete the job and is the ultimate team player. 

Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in landscape and hardscape management. Associates Degree in Landscape Architecture, Landscape Design, or a related field required (can be substituted for an equivalent amount of horticulture knowledge and landscape experience). Solid understanding of landscape plant material for the New England region and proper techniques. He or she must understand horticultural practices related to plant materials and basic understanding of low voltage lighting, water features, irrigation systems and be able to read blueprints
