We are seeking a motivated and experienced Residential Landscape Sales Consultant to join our team and help us continue to grow and serve our clients with the highest level of service and expertise.

Job Summary: 

As a Residential Landscape Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our residential landscaping business. You will be responsible for generating leads, meeting with potential clients, understanding their landscaping needs, and presenting tailored landscaping solutions. You will work closely with our design and installation teams to ensure the successful execution of projects and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and cultivate leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, cold calling, and other marketing efforts.
  • Client Consultation: Conduct on-site consultations with potential clients to assess their landscaping needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
  • Design Collaboration: Collaborate with our landscape designers to create customized landscaping plans that meet clients' requirements and expectations.
  • Sales Presentations: Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations that showcase our company's expertise, portfolio, and the value of our landscaping solutions.
  • Proposal Preparation: Prepare accurate and detailed project proposals, including cost estimates, timelines, and project scopes.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and terms with clients, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our installation team to ensure a smooth transition from the sales phase to project execution.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client communications using CRM software.

Job Requirements
• Proven track record of success in residential landscaping sales.
• Strong knowledge of landscaping design and installation processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
