Supervisor Responsibilities (after an initial training period): include driving a vehicle, performing lawn applications, reporting job information, interacting with clients and supervising 1 or 2 other employees in the process.
Senior Supervisor Responsibilities: Assisting a team leader in the management of 7-9 vehicles (15-18 employees) and approximately 1200 clients. A Senior Supervisor rotates daily, working with individual Supervisors and assistants in order to continually train and promote a high level of service quality. He/she is ultimately responsible for the productivity and work quality of the entire team.
Team Leader: Team leaders are in charge of 15-20 employees with the assistance of a Senior Supervisor. They will oversee the team, but will primarily work with customers and in sales.
