Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in business administration, horticulture, and/or operations required.
Minimum 3 years of customer service, supply chain management or horticultural experience preferred.
Intermediate-level proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint required.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and proven ability to take various pieces of information, organize them and draw conclusions.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and the ability to multi-task needed.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated commitment to world class customer service, team work, and quality.
15% Travel to key trade shows, supplier visits, and occasional trial/open house
